More than a billion people around the world have no access to electricity and about 85% of them residing in rural areas sub-Saharan Africa. The supply Nigeria right now is atrocious, dependence hospitals on on-grid unadvisable, hence need for suitable alternative. Solar cell refrigerators vaccine storage are offered as viable solution replace noisy eco-unfriendly gasoline diesel generators that currently used many Nigeria. main objective this work select affordable portable components photovoltaic system with solar panels, charge controllers deep cycle battery, inverter refrigerator store 50 litres primary health centres. A 75W 100W panel, 20A controller, 100AH battery 1000W was arrived upon at total cost N135,000 per centre. This will invariably make available, thereby reducing infant maternal mortality rate
